HOW CAN YOU PAY?

Dear Customer,

If you live in the Netherlands and place an order, you can pay in two different ways:

1. You can use the payment card (acceptgirokaart) attached to the invoice that is enclosed in your order.

2. When ordering you can give us, the Hahnemann Pharmacy BV, authorization for automatic payments (direct debits). You can do that by giving us your bank account number (IBAN  on your order/prescription or by filling in the authorization form that you can find at the bottom of this page. The first time you order you will receive a custome information form, on which you can fill           in your bank account number (IBAN) and authorize us for automatic payment (direct debits). If you authorize us for automatic payments you will receive € 4,- discount on order/administration costs. You will pay € 3,50 instead of €7,50.

For people living in other European countries or outside Europe:
After receiving your prescription, we will ask you for your payment via PayPal. When we have received your payment, we will send you the remedies. See also: Patient with prescription.

ONLY FOR DUTCH CLIENTS, or other clients with a bankaccount in the Netherlands: You can find here the paper authorization form as a pdf file. You can download and print it yourself and then fill it in and send it to us. You can also authorize us via this electronic automatic payment form (direct debits form). This will immediately be sent to us on line.

In case you want to withdraw your authorization, you can simply just send us an email or phone us with that request. We will then take care of it immediately and send you a confirmation.
