Reimbursement in The Netherlands

All health insurance companies adhere to our government's guidelines, but also have their own rules, especially for supplementary insurance. Homeopathic medicines are only eligible for full or partial reimbursement by supplementary insurance if the homeopathic remedy has an accepted Z-index number. In addition, the pharmacy invoice must include the AGB code of the prescribing doctor and the social security number of the insured person. The invoice from Hahnemann Pharmacy must first be paid to our pharmacy before you send it to your health insurance company. Ordering or shipping costs are not reimbursable.
