By completing the form below, you can register for the Electronic Prescription (ER), the prescription portal of De Hahnemann Pharmacy. Submitting prescriptions via the ER complies with the legal requirements set by the government for sending medical information.
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email containing an activation link. After opening this link, you will be able to place an order immediately. Please note that we still need to verify and approve your application for the portal before your prescription can be processed. If you provide insufficient information during registration, we may request further information from you to verify your application.

The advantages of ordering via the portal
The portal allows you to easily search our entire range of single homeopathic remedies, including our own preparations as well as over-the-counter remedies from VSM and HEEL, Schüssler salts, mother tinctures, complexes and gemmae. If we are unable to supply a remedy ourselves, you can submit a special request and we will search for it. You can also order dietary supplements, enabling you to submit your entire prescription in one order. Prescriptions via the portal can be processed much faster than prescriptions via email, fax or post. This prevents unnecessary delays for your patients or yourself.
