Patient with prescription
 

As a patient, you cannot pass on your prescription via the website. There are several possibilities to deliver your prescription:

Through your doctor or homeopath
Your doctor or homeopath can sens us a prescription via our electronic prescription system. If your practioner is not yet familiar with this system, please send us the prescription by mail? 

Postal services (please make a photocopy for yourselve)
There is a charge for order/administration costs. For domestic parcels the price is €4,95 if you authorize us for direct debits. For other countries the prices vary and depend on the country, the weight and size and the value of the order. If you want to know the exact price in advance, you can send an email to: expeditie@hahnemann.nl.

By email
It is also possible to e-mail us a scan of the prescription (recept@hahnemann.nl). Please make certain that all the information is readable.

For people living in the Netherlands: use the form underneath to authorize us for direct debits and to inform us about possible allergies, intolerances, pregnancy etc., but NOT to order remedies or inform us about prescriptions. 

If you are already registered as a patient with us, you don’t have to register again.

Via the form underneath you can register with us while you authorize us for direct debits at the same time. If you do not want to give us authorization for direct debits you can leave the fields for your bank information empty and not check the box after ‘Agreement’.  The order/administration costs will be €8,95 instead of €4,95 (standard order/administration costs with direct debits).

For people living in other countries:
After receiving your prescription, we will send you an invoice by PayPal. Which you can pay by credit card, PayPal or IBAN. When we have received your payment, we will send you the remedies asap.
